The Center for Aging is able to provide a senior care evaluation for patients experiencing any of the following:

• Concerns about driving

This evaluation will lay the foundation for ongoing medical care that will provide an older individual with the ability to enjoy good health, improved overall quality of life, a reduced need for hospitalization or  long term care, and the ability to live independently for as long as possible.
